panel of directly contracted health care professionals includes
independent physicians, dentists, medical and dental group practices,
specialty facilities, acute care hospitals, and ancillary medical
practitioners such as physical therapists, chiropractors, and DME
providers. We hold contracts with over 120,000 providers nationwide.
