offers both traditional and nontraditional ways of contracting - with a
variety of additional services added.

PlanCare America's mission is to provide these services to both

approaches that patients need and want in our evolving marketplace.

PlanCare America continues to develop a national network of
health care providers consisting of hospitals, ancillary providers,
physicians and dentists that offer competitive reimbursements to the myriad of payors of medical services. In the near future, PlanCare America will offer innovative approaches that address the health care
marketplace challenges regarding how payors and providers work
together in the delivery, receipt and payment of medical services.
